Meet: Victoria and 37th
Time: 6:15pm
What: Various hill and strength work at the hills around the Kensignton Community Centre
Goal: To improve leg strength, and cardio output
Days: April 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, May 6, 13, 27, June 3, 10

Track Saturday
Meet: Memorial Park
Time: 9am
What: Interval workouts and warm up drills
Goal: To improve your running efficiency and resiliency towards common overuse injuries
Days: Apr 4, 18, 25, May 9, 16, 30, June 6, 13

Monday Run-Day
Meet: Memorial Park Track
Time: 6:15pm
What: 5km easy run in the neighbourhood
Goal: A friendly paced 5km to shake out after an adventurous weekend to start the week off right
Days: March 30, April 6, 13, 20, 27, May 4, 11, 18, 25, June 1, 8

UPDATE: We are extremely disappointed today to learn that due to COV Zoning Bylaws, Eastside Fitness will not be allowed to operate in this location that we were hoping for at Ross & Kent. :-(
We are back to the drawing board to search for a new space.
