A new publication from Dr. Babak Shadgan's lab! "Near-Infrared Spectroscopy Used During Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation: Instrumentation, Signal Metrics, Clinical Context, and Feasibility: A Scoping Review" was published in Sensors.

This systematic review focused on the use of Near-Infared Sprectrascopy (NIRS) during cardiopulmonary rescucitation (CPR), with the goal of return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC). Findings show that rising cerebral oxygenation trajectories could consistently be linked to ROSC.
