Stop Asking These 3 Questions Every Time A Patient Cancels

Yes/no questions are killing your bookings.

Here's what happens:
1). Patient calls to cancel (already can't commit)
2). You ask "Would you like to reschedule?"
3). They say no 85% of the time

The fix? Never ask. Just offer.

"I can get you in tomorrow at either 10 o'clock or 4 o'clock. Which works best?"

My one rule of the game:
👉 Never ask yes/no scheduling questions.
👉 Always give two choices.
👉 Stay in control of the schedule.
