🌟Special Play Time🌟

It is a unique “You and Me” time for both parents and their children as they are learning to attune to each other and build up the relationship. However, it is not easy to do the non-directive role as parents. I hope the tips for parents’ roles could help you start the special play time with your child easier.

In child-centered play therapy, I look forward to discovering what I have not known about the child and what the child will be like. I am still learning to wait and follow the lead of the child, to appreciate and to be patient with the child's inner process.

I am thrilled to announce that the new playroom of Starry Wonderland Play Therapy has opened today.

Thank you to my beloved families and friends who have been supportive, encouraging, and loving throughout this challenging journey. I also want to express my gratitude to all my clients who have allowed me to understand their inner world and witness their growth through the therapeutic power of play therapy.

"Oreo Cookies Theory" encourages adults to give choices to children in order to facilitate their development of self-responsibility and self-control. By giving children the choices to make decisions, they learn to commit to their decisions and take responsibility for the consequences.

🌱A child is not a problem to be analyzed in play therapy, but a whole person to be connected and understood.

🌱A child who is brought into play therapy has presenting emotions and behaviors, but what really matters is who they truly are, how they perceive themselves and their experiences, what they are struggling for or striving for.

遊戲治療中，小朋友不是一個需要被分析的“問題”，而是一個完整的人👧👦。我們需要與他們建立聯繫及理解他們。
