Michelle Lipnicki Therapeutic Massage I offer therapeutic and relaxation massage. I have always had a passion for health and wellness. Massage therapy became a very natural progression for me.

The more I learn, the more I am fascinated by how the human body works, and how we connect with it. Early on, in my hometown of Vancouver, BC, I became involved in the fitness industry as a yoga teacher, personal trainer and group exercise instructor. After graduating from Simon Fraser University in 2005 with a degree in kinesiology, and certificates in health and fitness studies and nutrition, I

decided to combine my love for yoga and travel, and explored the world teaching in various cities in Asia, Europe, and Australia. I gained invaluable experiences adapting with different cultures and people. In Sweden, I was even responsible for opening and directing a hot yoga studio! Returning home, I moved to Edmonton and completed a 2,200-hour massage therapy diploma program at MacEwan University. With my extensive experiences, I bring a knowledgeable background to the massage industry. In today’s society, we take much more responsibility for our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I invite you to develop more awareness and connection to your body and yourself through the therapeutic modality of massage. I offer therapeutic and relaxation massage, and am trained in the following modalities: deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, hydrotherapy, PNF stretching, joint mobilizations, manual lymphatic drainage, remedial exercise, sports massage, and pregnancy massage. In addition to finding me in the massage clinic, you can also take my yoga class! Like life, my yoga practice has followed the many ups and downs and twists and turns that go with experience. I have come to realize that it is about being in the moment and embracing and accepting the unexpected, that helps us to find compassion, become more aware, and allow us to enjoy the journey.
