Necessity breeds invention or so they say. This was the first time I ever wrote the concept of I.L.U. down on a whiteboard.

I wanted all our participants to be able to see the progression, so they could visualize where they were going.

Taking applications for certified personal trainers to sub contract at our luxury offices, located in Surrey. $40-$80/hour depending on experience.

I am looking to bring on a trainer as we expand, who will follow my programming with our executive clientele. This is a good opportunity to add to your growing business and to learn programming, post injury rehabilitation and strength and conditioning for the real world.

The right applicant will will:

Be punctual and professional and be able to get to our offices in Surrey (72nd and 132 area)

Have all certifications, insurance and first aid up-to-date

Have a background in strength training, powerlifting, bodybuilding, or strongman. This applicant must have experience in the weight room, understand barbell training and linear/non-linear progressions.

Have a good knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology of injuries.

Be able to follow my programming and apply it to all clients given. May be required to shadow me to understand the nuances of how I program and train.

track and record sessions in a book- with a pen- and report those to me
