I have a private gym space available for sublease in Vancouver. Flexible schedule to operate your own client schedules. If you have a client base and want a more private setting where you can work with clients or small groups completely by yourself. This space is for you. No more waiting for equipment or worrying about changing program plans based on space available. This would be completely your space when you sublease. Some time slots available now, more slots open come july 1 2024.
Come july 1 space will be open
Mon - Fri - 2pm - close (you choose)
Wed - all day
Sat - all day
Sun - open- 1pm
Every other monday will also be available open to close.
Sublease will be a flat rate based on use.
