They called them witches.
But they were healers, priestesses, outcasts too — women who knew their own power.

Now available at Walmart, Target, Indigo & Amazon — or through your favourite local bookstore.

✨ It’s here ✨

Witch, Healer, Priestess, Outcast is officially out in the world today.

This second book in the Goddess series explores four powerful archetypes — the Witch, the Healer, the Priestess, and the Outcast — and the stories they hold about power, intuition, and belonging.

You can find it wherever books are sold — Amazon, Indigo, Target, Walmart — or support your favourite local bookstore by asking them to order it in for you.

Thank you to everyone who’s already pre-ordered, shared, or held space for this book to arrive. May it meet you right where you are.

✨ Instagram Live Book Launch ✨

Join me Sunday, November 23rd at 10am MT / 9am PT on Instagram for a live reading and celebration of my new book, "Witch, Healer, Priestess, Outcast: Divine Feminine Archetypes for Modern Life."

If you guessed Hel in my "Guess that Goddess" post on October 19th, you were right! I’ll be sharing the story of Hel — Goddess of the Norse Underworld — a fitting guide for this colder, darker season, when the earth turns inward and we’re invited to do the same.

Think of it as a live Storytime and sacred gathering all in one — bring your tea, your blanket, and your curiosity.

📚 "Witch, Healer, Priestess, Outcast" is available now at Walmart, Target, Amazon, Indigo, or through your favourite local bookstore (request that they bring it in if they don't carry it).

✨ This is a sample One-Card Pull — a short, personalized video reading.

In this case, the question was: Should I pursue this relationship? I pulled one card, recorded a video response, and sent it straight to them.

Here’s what they said afterward:

“Oh my gosh!! How spot on was this reading!?! I had goosebumps listening to you talk about everything.”

You can book one for yourself — or send one as a gift to a friend who could use a little guidance. Just send me a question (or their name and question), and I’ll record the reading and email it to you.

🎴 One-Card Pull – $50 + tax

OR book one of these other options:

🔮 Live 1-on-1 Reading (online or in person in Edmonton at ) – $140 + tax
A collaborative session where we pull cards together and process them in real time. Insightful, reflective, and close to counselling in style.

🌙 Five-Card Spread (Video Download) – $75 + tax
Dive deeper into a specific situation through Past, Present, Future, Influence, and Shadow. A broader look at what’s moving through your life.

✨ Year-Ahead Spread (Video Download) – $100 + tax
Twelve cards for twelve months. A guide for the year ahead — perfect for birthdays, new beginnings, or as a gift.

Live sessions give you space for shared dialogue. Video downloads let you receive the reading on your own time.

🌕️ A very special Supermoon Beaver Moon!

September and October are cool months, but they hold warm reds, yellows, and oranges in the leaves of their trees. By November, most of the leaves have fallen and the world turns gray. The outside world becomes less habitable, the days are darker, and it is a time for beavers (and us) to head inside, slow down, and trust in the work we’ve done over the harvest season while we settle in for the coming frost.

Guan Yin is known as the Goddess of Compassion — she who hears the suffering of the world. She knows her power even when the world tells her it isn’t real.

Her story reminds us that compassion isn’t weakness — it’s radical courage.

Learn more about Guan Yin and other goddesses in my new book, "Witch, Healer, Priestess, Outcast: Divine Feminine Archetypes for Modern Life", out November 13th. Pre-order now at Walmart, Amazon, Indigo, Target, or ask your local bookstore to order it in for you.

Happy Samhain, witches! And happy Halloween, everyone else! It’s a day where the veils between our world and the Otherworld thin. We put on masks and pretend to be other than we are, celebrating Death (by any other name, of course). You may feel your intuitive powers are heightened at this time (aided, no doubt, by Reese’s peanut butter cups, as mine are). It’s also a good time to honor and remember the good dead, the ancestors, maybe even the ex-boyfriends (or not). Trick or treat!

Newsletter is out today. If you don't get it, go to juliepeters.ca/subscribe.

Samhain (pronounced SOW-in) marks the halfway point between fall equinox and winter solstice — a turning of the wheel when the veil is said to be thinnest.

It’s a time for honouring ancestors, listening more deeply, and leaning into the wisdom that rises in stillness.

I created a guided meditation for this moment: Inviting Intuition on Samhain. You can listen on Insight Timer here:

Set aside a little quiet time, let the season hold you, and see what wants to be heard.

✨ Goddess wisdom for your day ✨

Sometimes what we need most isn’t an answer, but a reminder — a different way of seeing, a spark of perspective, a thread back to our own strength.

This is the work of the goddess archetypes: they meet us where we are, and show us what we’ve been carrying all along.

Take what resonates, leave the rest — and let the wisdom work on you in its own time.
