Postpartum recovery looks different for everyone. Our role is to meet you where you are and give you movement that feels safe, doable and supportive.
We start with a one on one assessment so we understand how your core is activating, how your posture has shifted and where your body needs the most help. From there, our instructors guide you through steady reformer work that focuses on breath, deep core control and gentle strength building.
Nothing is rushed. Nothing is pushed. Every exercise is chosen with intention so you feel stable, supported and in control of your body again.
