POV: your desk job is slowly turning you into a shrimp 🍤 👨🏽‍💻

Neck locked.
Hips tight.
Lower back screaming by 2pm.

➡️ Our 1:1 Clinical Pilates sessions are designed to undo the stress and strain from answering emails and zooming all day.

➡️ We use the reformer, chair, and mat to help undo your "corporate athlete" injuries.

➡️ You'll graduate to group classes once you're less shrimp-y.

It's not just stretching.
It's movement therapy for people whose full-time job is to be glued to their desk.

Come get un-shrimped at Catch with our Clinical Pilates Physio

Most injuries don’t come from one bad workout.

They usually build over time from repeated stress, poor recovery, and small issues that never fully get addressed. We often see people training consistently, doing the right exercises, and still dealing with pain that keeps coming back.

In many cases, the problem isn’t effort, it’s recovery, movement patterns, or load that the body hasn’t adapted to yet.

Athletic Therapy looks at the full picture, including movement mechanics, muscle balance, joint stability, and training habits, to find the cause and help you return to activity safely.

If something keeps bothering you, it’s worth getting it assessed early.
