We offer massasge therapy, physiotherapy, kinesiology, acupunture, and pilates through 1:1 and group services.

Postpartum recovery looks different for everyone. Our role is to meet you where you are and give you movement that feels safe, doable and supportive.

We start with a one on one assessment so we understand how your core is activating, how your posture has shifted and where your body needs the most help. From there, our instructors guide you through steady reformer work that focuses on breath, deep core control and gentle strength building.

Nothing is rushed. Nothing is pushed. Every exercise is chosen with intention so you feel stable, supported and in control of your body again.

Every session is one on one so your instructor or physiotherapist can tailor each movement to your goals, your posture, and the way your body actually feels that day.

This method focuses on core strength, alignment, and breath so your body learns how to support itself through everyday movement.

Over time you build stability, flexibility, and a deeper awareness of how you move. It is a gentle but powerful approach for injury recovery, athletic performance, or simply feeling more connected to your body.

You can book clinical pilates with a physiotherapist if you are managing pain or recovering from an injury or choose private sessions with an instructor for a more training focused experience. Both options give you personal guidance, clear progression, and a space to move without pressure.
