Gabe first joined our team in 2023 as a Strength Coach, leading team training sessions and working with athletes to reach their performance goals 💪

With a background in Olympic Weightlifting, marathon running, and University team sports, Gabe brings a lifelong passion for movement and a deep understanding of what it takes to support clients and coaches alike.

As Clinic Manager, Gabe is the glue that keeps our team running smoothly — supporting clinicians, guiding clients through their care journey, and ensuring every visit to Lift is seamless, welcoming, and impactful.

We’re looking for a full-time Kinesiologist / Strength & Conditioning Coach to lead 1:1 and small group sessions, support return-to-sport clients, and help grow our performance programs!

📍 Availability:
Tues, Thurs, Fri (2–9pm)
Sat & Sun (10am–6:30pm)

Max is currently finishing his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology at Capilano University 📖 At Capilano, he is now one of the captains of his Kin Games team - one of the largest student-run undergraduate conferences in Canada!

Max is loves movement and hasn't stopped playing sports for years. Recently he's been involved with Ultimate Frisbee but has also done Gymnastics as well! 🥏🤸‍♂️ His goal is for his future career to involve sports, healthcare, and helping others.

Our Athlete Health Liasion program has begun! ✔️
Our AHL’s have attended workshops where we reviewed tape jobs for common ultimate injuries, assessments, as well as case studies to prepare them for the summer! ☀️⛅️
Some injuries they learned about included ankle sprains, turf toe, shin splints, lower back pain, and thumb hyper-extension.
We are super excited for the ultimate season to start with ! 🥏
