Pregnancy loss happens every day around the world.
The more openly we talk about it, the more support people can find.

Something I’ve noticed again and again:
People rarely talk about pregnancy loss…
until someone is brave enough to start the conversation.
Then suddenly many people share their stories.

The way society talks about pregnancy loss is beginning to shift.
And every open conversation helps move that change forward.

Pregnancy loss deserves a safe space where people can talk openly about their experience.
Too often grief is carried silently.
Creating compassionate spaces where stories can be shared is one of the most powerful parts of healing.

I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately…
In my own family, there were 6 pregnancy losses. And not once was there real support around it.
It just wasn’t talked about.
No space to grieve. No understanding of what was actually happening emotionally.
And I see this pattern over and over again in the women I work with today.
So many are carrying this alone… when they were never meant to.
If this is part of your story too, I see you 🤍

One of the hardest parts of pregnancy loss is the silence around it.
When it’s not talked about, people are left to carry something incredibly heavy on their own.
But I’ve seen over and over again… the moment someone feels safe enough to speak about it, even a little, something begins to change.
There’s relief. There’s connection. There’s space to breathe.
These conversations matter more than we realize 🤍
