Practicing what I preach

I found this old shopping cart, made some mods, added some paint and found some weights to load it up.

Being able to finally create strength and stability with rehab is making me smile.

The load, the solid support and the nice incline in front of our house allow me to get my heart rate up, build muscle and burn fat.

It’s a great combination.
