We're excited to introduce Megan Brush to the Well Beings team!

Megan is joining us at our Guelph office 2 Wyndham St N, 3rd Floor, Guelph, ON N1H 4E3, bringing warmth, compassion, and expertise to support you on your healing journey.

About Megan:

Life doesn't always slow down when you need it to. Megan understands that when you're carrying a lot, your own healing can fall to the bottom of the list. She creates a safe, grounding, and nonjudgmental space where all parts of you are welcome.

Pareen is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.

Pareen’s career began in Behaviour Therapy, this is where she developed a passion for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approaches. Following a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology she pursued a Master of Counselling. Pareen is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. She specializes in CBT approaches to chronic pain, anxiety, and depression.

Additionally, she has worked with individuals who have experienced trauma and depression following motor vehicle accidents. She utilizes an integrative approach to chronic pain and stress-related pain by combining CBT and mindfulness practices. Pareen has a diverse background working in both Canada and the United States in the health authority, non-profit therapy services, group workshops, and Adult Day Health Care.

She feels privileged to have had the opportunity to work with the geriatric community for so many years and is excited to continue this journey with the Easy Therapy team.
