Our new Spring term at Little Wing Yoga Studio, starts March 3rd, and you’re very welcome to join us 🦋

Gentle, supportive, all‑levels classes with weekly themes to help you:

Booking is essential & spaces are limited.

🌻 Tuesdays
6:00–7:00 pm — Beginners Yoga

✨ Wednesdays
10:00–11:00 am — Morning Yoga (All Levels)
11:30 am–12:30 pm — Chair Yoga
1:15–2:00 pm — Lunchtime Yoga

6:30–7:30 pm — Pregnancy Yoga
8:00–9:00 pm — Beginners Yoga

🦋 Thursdays
6:00–7:00 pm — Gentle Flow Yoga
7:30–8:30 pm — Ashtanga–Vinyasa Flow

💛 Fridays
12:00–1:00 pm — Chair Yoga
1:30–2:15 pm — Lunchtime Yoga
