Business permanently closed June 2024 Vancouver's first kids & family yoga studio, est 2012. Yoga for kids age 1-18yrs, prenatal/postnatal yoga & family yoga.

We also offer birthday parties, seasonal camps, afterschool YogaClub and YOGArt drop-off preschool age classes (yoga through music, games, dance, play, toys) and in-school classes/field trips.

After 12 incredible years of sharing kids yoga on West Broadway the time has come to close the studio.
We opened the studio in 2012 as the first kids and family yoga studio in Vancouver. What a mat ride it’s been! Through hundreds of birthday parties, meeting thousands of kids in classes, and many memorable camps it has been such a joy to service the Kitsilano community.
We are grateful for the relationships we have developed with all our kids, families, community and staff. We will miss seeing all of you on our rainbow chairs and in studio.
YogaButtons Kids Yoga will remain active in the community as we will continue offering our classes in schools and centres. I am slowing things down to focus on my health and family.
Our last day of classes in studio will be June 23, 2024. We hope to see you in studio for our final Spring session. If you have any class credits left there are 10 weeks remaining to book your sessions with us. We currently have class options available for ages 1-19yrs. We will also be hosting birthday parties all Spring until June 23. We would love to see you in studio to share some happy moments together.

Baby + Me Yoga: Postnatal adult yoga class for 6+ weeks post-partum with babies (pre-crawlers only)

In this sweet, slow, and gentle yoga class, we focus on core movement practices for rebuilding strength and stability post-partum. Take some time to dedicate to your self-care and recovery, release stress, and step back into shape with awareness of breath and inner alignment.
Through a combination of somatic exercises, classic yoga asana, and restorative poses, this class is also a chance to nurture the growing relationship with your baby — through touch, eye contact, social stimulation and simply moving together in some playful stretches.
No previous yoga experience required, but be sure you have permission from your health care provider to begin activity. Sorry, only pre-crawlers allowed. Sleeping, crying, feeding, napping, however, are all welcome!
Class rate: $25 plus GST or use a YogaButtons 5 or 10-class card to save on the individual class rate!
Class is offered every Thursday from 10:15-11:15am
