Are you experiencing Zoom fatigue?

Your eyes might get tired easily if you stare for long periods at a computer, smartphone, or game console. The eye doctor might call this computer vision syndrome or digital eye strain.

Some ways to combat this would be to use artificial tears when your eyes feel dry. As well, you can use the 20-20-20 rule. Every 20 minutes, you can look at something about 20 feet away for 20 seconds.

Some ways to prevent getting maskne is to cleanse and moisturize your face daily, wash reusable fabric masks after every use and toss disposable masks after every use.
