Most People Unintentionally Practice Unstructed Rest. Such As Lying on a couch, eating potato chips, binge-watching Netflix all day, bare minimum of physical activities possible. Which can Lead to

-Muscle atrophy and weakness
-Increased stiffness and decreased mobility
-Reinforcing pain pathways in the brain (central sensitization)
-Psychological impact: Fear-avoidance behavior, feelings of helplessness

Here is the formula: T*=WAO*7/7

T=Tune Up Volume Per 4 wks
WAO=Weekly Activity Output or Days of Physical Training

For example: An Athlete trains 6 days a week *7=42
42/7=6

So 6 times per month would be recommended
