Posted • Before we headed into our Women in Sport Panel, Lululemon ambassador Tara, founder of - led us through a seated chair series.

At PLANher, a core value is access: access to sport, movement, partners, stories, and community that people may have never experienced before.

This was such a meaningful way to begin the evening, and we’re grateful to everyone who joined in this fun and accessible activity!

Yesterday we hosted a wonderful yoga event in our garden at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre in partnership with and led by Tara 🧘‍♀️ It was an energizing way to bring people together, promote wellness, and enjoy a moment of connection in the heart of the city.

🍁FALL KIDS CLASSES ~ REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN ✨

We have a selection of dates and times to fit into your schedule. Children will explore a new theme each week in our structured program. Our yoga classes encourage self awareness and self-expression through yoga poses, games, songs and art in a non-competitive atmosphere.

Children ages 3-5 will enjoy a half-day of activities, while kids ages 5-12 can choose between full-day or half-day summer camps. New and experienced yogis will engage in yoga activities such as learning new poses, breathwork, expressive movement, and relaxation. Outdoor time, crafts, music, and games will round out a day full of connection and fun.
