Jordan is passionate about all things health, wellness, and the mind-body connection. As a Registered Massage Therapist and Langara College graduate, he’s dedicated to helping clients reduce stress, ease pain, and improve overall well-being through personalized, holistic care.

Using a variety of techniques, including Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Jordan tailors each treatment to support your unique goals – whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or just needing tension relief. 💪

✨For Friday! - The Single Leg Glute Bridge🦵 is a great progression from the regular glute bridge and doesn’t require any equipment. This exercise helps improve glute and hamstring strength, which can support better hip stability and reduce strain through the lower back and legs.
