Gentle Bowel Flow Herbal Tea
When stool delays, the body holds more than waste..
it holds heaviness.
This tea helps the gut move naturally, not aggressively.
Herbal Tea Mixture
• Dry pawpaw (papaya) leaves – 3 small pieces
• Lemongrass – 1 stalk (cut)
• Ginger – 2 thin slices
How to prepare:
Boil all herbs in 2 cups of water for 10–12 minutes.
Strain and drink ½ cup at night, preferably after dinner.
How long:
Take for 3–5 days only, then pause.
This blend:
