This series was such a zoom hit during our covid era and we’re stoked to bring it back in person in our new clinic space!
Running is one of the most accessible ways to move your body, sweat, and clear your head postpartum because you can lace up and escape out the front door any time!
This 5 week class series is to build pelvic floor, core, and whole body strength to get back to running with strength and confidence.
We include videos for home workouts between classes and education to better understand how to prepare and care for the postpartum running body!
