It’s back!!!!!

This series was such a zoom hit during our covid era and we’re stoked to bring it back in person in our new clinic space!

Running is one of the most accessible ways to move your body, sweat, and clear your head postpartum because you can lace up and escape out the front door any time!

This 5 week class series is to build pelvic floor, core, and whole body strength to get back to running with strength and confidence.

We include videos for home workouts between classes and education to better understand how to prepare and care for the postpartum running body!

It’s a chance to dive deep into running form with the pelvic floor in mind.

Great for pelvic floor loving runners, or anyone with pelvic floor symptoms and they run like leaking or heaviness.

It’s a small group with lots of 1:1 attention from Sam as she coaches you on your form and any drills to help you optimize pelvic floor mechanics while you push yourself.

You asked, we answered!

Sam’s postpartum strength and core class has been so popular, and not just with the attendees! We love hearing the cheers and laughter coming from the movement space on a Tuesday morning.

Classes are packed, and we know weekdays can be tricky, so Victoria is thrilled to start offering a class on Saturdays!!!!

Kicking off Sept 13th, physio led postpartum strength and core classes will run 9:45-10:45 - you can snag your spot on Jane now!

Hopping on the haunted house bandwagon!!!

Pelvic floor physio has come a loooong way over the last decade. We know so much more about how to integrate PF care to the whole body and the whole person to get best results.

Gone are the days where we give all clients kegals and hope for the best.

So if this has happened to you… there is so much more that can be done!

Our physios will ‘run!’ you through some exercises and specific strategies than you can apply right away!

Hettas will be there offering a test of their runners - made by women for women - taking extra special care for the needs of female anatomy!

When we generally feel better, we’re less sensitive to pain and more relaxed, so it’s common for clients to tell us that their pain or symptoms went away while on vacation. This also makes it easy to take a vacation from rehab because you’re feeling so good!

Unfortunately, the shorter days and getting ‘back to reality’ often bring the return of your symptoms. Can you relate? If so, now’s a great time to reprioritize your self-care.
