Meet Sam!
Sam is a cheerleader through and through. She’s a bubbly hype girl and loves nothing more than to keep people moving and feeling good in their body - especially those strained and tired from carrying babies and wrestling toddlers!
She brings her awesome energy (and playlists) to our weekday strength and core classes for our pregnant and postpartum crew.

Postnatal strength & core - Tuesday 10:30am (babies welcome!)
