I trained with the IAKP who are mentioned in this NY Times article. Great Read on Kambo. I am looking forward to serving once we are okay to have visitors at home again. It’s a (very challenging) and beautiful medicine. For me it is such a deep physical and emotional cleanse and it feels like I hit the RESET button every time. ❤️🐸❤️

Amazing article on how Kambo can increase fertility for both men and women and how it helps with postpartum depression.

As it explains how Kambo helps with depression, it really resonates with me because Kambo lifts the fog for me. When I feel heavy and listless, or have anxiety, Kambo calms the turbulence inside of me. I feel a deep sense of peace, and clarity and trust after sitting with Kambo.

I am looking forward to serving Kambo in the New Year.

I did a self serve Kambo session today to boost my immune system, decrease inflammation, clean out toxins from my cells and just as importantly to release stress and emotional blockages during this challenging time.
The Frog never fails to come through for me and for that I al@so blessed.
I also feel it important to keep my connection with the medicine.
I will be serving clients again in the New Year. ❤️🐸❤️

The Sentinel Retreat centre in Kaslo is beyond amazing. I brought my Mom there to see it and meet Richard and Gillian. The amount of love and hard work and attention to detail put into this place is exceptional. What a beautiful space for healing ❤️

Soon it will be 1 year that I have been away from the love of my life. So many days and nights we have lived apart while he manages a meditation centre. I am grateful that I had a visit with Dave during COVID but I am counting down the days that I get to be with him every single day! Thank goodness for technology and fun apps so that we can maintain a connection during this crazy time.

I had my first “cupping” session today and it was amazing! That coupled with acupuncture by Lynn who owns the most relaxing and healing space called MY REST. And that is exactly what it is. A place to down regulate, detox and increase energy flow throughout the body. I can’t say enough about MY REST which is located on Main Street here in Vancouver. It’s a beautiful space with very skilled practitioners. It’s important to share local business that are doing fantastic work! Thank you Lynn!
