HI!
We are adding more teachers and classes to the Virtual Yin Studio with my lil Love Light Yoga.
If you have studied with us anytime over the last 15 years (!?!) I would love to chat about you sharing more classes/offerings with the yin fam. We LOVE the virtual yin studio, we have yinnies all over the world meeting each and building life long friendships and badasss projects.
If you know me, you know that when friends become friends...that there is that special quiet revolution with endlessss possibilities that makes my rebel heart SWOON...yoga in action!

ALSO, if are wanting to share/teach more yin, we have a special Yin School cohort loading this month, that is all by trade/sliding scale...making it accessible to anyone that wants to join us (its also all online, so we have fam joining us in Brooklyn, Oslo, Kingston and East Van). Chat me, if this calls to you at all.

My 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified School is turning 10 years old in February and def feeling the call for more yinnies sharing more yin medicines in as many places as possible... as we shift the seasons and witness the world need some serious love, care and healing.

YIN SEASON!
There is an EPIC lil Yin Fam forming for the Virtual Yin School offering this fall/winter. This one is a really flexible, mostly online offering (our yin peeps are all around the world!) and I am offering it at sliding scale/trade/donation... money should never be a barrier to joining/sharing/healing with us, so don't be shy to chat me about a way to make it work for you.

Yin is a lifestyle, philosophy and practice, that is highly adaptable and accessible to all.

If you have abundance and want to support some yinnies to attend yin school, this is a really diverse group of yin lovers that will soon be certified as 200 hour teachers and ready to do the good yin works in SO many communities.

I don't share enough about the yin world these days, but really look forward to sharing more stories of peeps journey and healings....I know yin yoga changed my entire life and that of SO many...if you wanted to share those stories link up too.. HEALERS GOTTA HEAL!

I am also offering one on one sessions at a sliding rate for October if you wanted to reignite your yin, or start on a new path. I gotcha.. BIG YIN LOVE.

Adding a few more classes to the Virtual Yin Studio this fall....and adding a few guest teachers if you wanted to share and studied with us! Love Light Yoga. I am also hosting a Virtual Yin School 200 hour as well that is sliding scale and accessible. Would LOVE to see more teachers rise and shine...and after 16 years of teaching.. I realllllllllly want to take the yin classes of my Yinnies!

Yin Vibrations! Been rocking out some personal yin sessions on zoom with ones that are really working hard to return to a daily practice. Calling you yinnnnnnn!
I decided to roll it out like ocean waves...
I am offering all my personal yin sessions in our lil virtual studio to be by donation until October. You can tell me the length of time, and you can send the amount that feels good for you, its all online and I am happy to rock all time zones. This was been nice vibes with the ancient yin fam, but feels good to open it up...especially for those having a challenging time, or shifting sessions, getting ready for school. I saw youuuu.
