You already know what’s not okay.
You just keep allowing it.

That gap?
That’s your self-worth.

Until that shifts, nothing changes.
Just a different person, same pattern.

DM me if you’re ready to break that pattern.
Or download The Subconscious Truth- link in bio

If you’re fixing your resume and working on networking instead of your identity and worthiness to land the job you want, you’re solving the wrong problem.

Comment TRUTH and ill send you the guide.

Different person. Different relationship. Different problems on the surface.
But the core feeling was always the same. I didn't feel valued. I didn't feel seen. I didn't feel chosen.

That's the thing about patterns. They change their costume every time so you think you're dealing with something new. But if you look closely enough, it's always the same wound showing up in a different face.

For a long time I was focused on them. What they weren't doing. How they were making me feel. What they needed to change. I was so into fixing the relationship that I never stopped to ask why I kept ending up in the same feeling, regardless of who I was with.

Because it was never really about them. Because your partner only proves your belieif about yourself true. They are the truest reflection of your self worth.

I spent a year doing the work. Seriously. A full year locked in on my self worth. Not my standards, not my type, not my boundaries checklist. My actual deep core belief about what I deserved to receive in love.

And what I found underneath all of it was a version of me that had learned very early on that love had to be earned. That I had to perform for it, shrink for it, work for it. That just being me was never going to be enough to be chosen.
That belief was quietly running every relationship I ever chose.
When that belief changed, the pattern broke. Not overnight. But it broke.

The people I attracted changed. What I accepted changed. How I allowed myself to be treated changed.
Your relationships will never rise above how chosen you feel within yourself. That's not a theory. That's the subconscious at work.

If you're stuck in the same pattern with different people, this is your sign that the work isn't out there. It's in here.

The link is in my bio. Start with the Subconscious Truth workbook. It's where the real work begins.

Comment "Truth" and I'll send you the link to my guide that will change the way you see yourself.

Most people spend their entire lives chasing the next thing, the next goal, the next relationship, the next version of themselves, wondering why nothing ever feels like enough.

But the truth is : You can't outrun yourself.

Everything you're reaching for, the peace, the love, the success that actually feels good, is sitting right behind the truth you've been avoiding. The one you already know. The one that shows up at 2am when it's quiet enough to hear it.

The work isn't out there. It's in here. Inside of you.

And when you finally face it? Everything shifts.

If you're ready to stop running and start understanding why you are the way you are, my Subconscious Truth workbook is waiting for you.

It's the first step I give every single client before we do anything else.

Because you can't change what you won't look at.

Unless your inner dialogue sounds like this- you cant WIN, consistently WIN. You need to be your biggest cheerleader.

DM to rewire your mind so youre inner critic shuts up and your inner cheerleader wakes up.

Your mind is your biggest asset and enemy.
