Meet Maria,
A graduate from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. She left a career in software engineering to pursue her passions for supporting others with pain management and rehabilitation, and she values being able to create a relaxing and inclusive environment for her clients. She believes in the importance of patient-centred care, and in taking the time to understand the unique needs of every person.

Maria has experience with Swedish massage techniques, myofascial release, and neuromuscular techniques. Meet Kim, a graduate of Western University with a Masters of Physical Therapy.
A lifelong learner, she continues to educate herself with post-graduate courses in pelvic health, orthopaedics, and intramuscular needling (IMS)/dry needling. She has specific training in pelvic and lower back pain, perinatal care, cesarean births, incontinence/urgency, and pelvic health technologies/assistive devices.

Whether you are getting back into your activities or planning a physical adventure, she wants to help you care for yourself. She enjoys working with people who are interested in learning more about their bodies. Her sessions include ongoing guidance, and tailored and intentional exercise programming alongside IMS and manual therapy. A graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) in 2021. Her passion for sports and wellness have guided her to her current practice. As a multi-sport athlete currently playing rugby, crossfit, and soccer; Arden has a solid understanding of the impact in which strenuous activity can have on the body.
