3 Tips for getting your summer body
1) Create a plan - It is hard to get to a destination when you don't have a plan.
2) Count your Calories - As active as you are, or hard you work in the gym you can never outwork a bad diet.
3) Get a coach - If you ever feel lost, or like your are not making progress get a coach to help guide you. Every great coach, has a coach, this will help you eliminate the guessing out of the journey and get you towards your goal quicker!
