While kids her age were mostly worried about homework, Natasha Trehan was diagnosed with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis at the age of 13.

An arthritis diagnosis is daunting for anyone, but for someone so young, it left her feeling isolated. Natasha's arthritis stood in the way of her being an average teenager. She joined our Arthritis Patient Advisory Board and created her own podcast and non-profit organization Take a Pain Check to offer valuable support to people living with arthritis.

Breastfeeding while on medications can raise important questions.

BE CARING is a research study examining how much bimekizumab (Bimzelx®), an injection used to treat different types of arthritis, passes into breast milk, and what this means for breastfeeding mothers and their infants.

By participating in this study, you'll help build research to support safe, informed decisions on medications for future families.

This Family Day, we’re sharing what it's like to support loved ones with arthritis and navigating life after diagnosis. Phalgun's wife Alison, who is on our Arthritis Patient Advisory Board, and daughter Maya, both live with rheumatoid arthritis. While he first struggled to understand the disease, he learned to show up for his family in meaningful ways.

From practicing patience when either of them experienced flare-ups to providing emotional support when they needed him most, Phalgun's story is a reminder that arthritis is a family affair.

How has arthritis shaped your family's experience?
