My patient was unhappy with his smile, teeth color and wanted a permanent result without any bleaching or Invisalign.
Also, the lower bridge was old and unesthetic.

10 ceramic veneers, and new bridge changing the smile quite dramatically for a more youthful, natural look.

Before and after.

Patient couldn’t afford ceramic crowns or veneers, or any orthodontic work. Was never happy with her smile.

Decided to freehand some composite veneers.

Definitely a huge improvement and she is smiling a lot more now!!

Poor guy had a terrible snowboard accident. Besides a broken limb, he had chipped his teeth and was in pain.
I had no idea when he booked it so due to lack of time, did 21 first and 11 and 22 B the next day.

Sadly, one of our hygienists is moving out of the city, and we are looking for someone to take over for her.

We are a non-corporate office with new equipment, completely digital and long term patient base who come from as far as Squamish or even further to see us. Our office work ethic would be something like “quality dentistry, no upsell, and have fun!”

Must have good hygiene skills, be friendly, personable with good interpersonal skills. Time management and teamwork important as well.

Hours would be Monday- Thursday or Friday (9-5)and 1 Saturday per month (9-3). So there is some flexibility there. Wage dependent on skills, and work ethic.

Well, tbh I did the original crowns 10 years ago, before digital dentistry and planning was available. But I was never really happy with the case, and neither was my friend, although she was too kind to say so!
One day I mentioned “Hey, how would you feel about redoing these two front crowns?”
So - we replaced the 2 front crowns with zcermfc with incisal cutbacks (for you dental nerds) shortened them and made them more natural, less “chunky”, and were still able to hide the dark root canal treated structure.
And now I have one less regret to carry!

A fun before and after case done with digital design, i accidentally deleted the pre photo but the scan gives an idea. The front 4 teeth were a weird combination of long, shovel shaped canted crowns. Two of the teeth had been previously root canalled and were quite dark underneath.
A challenging case but we were both super happy with the final result! New smile walking out the door!
