Navin draws from person-centered, humanistic, attachment-based, transpersonal, and motivational approaches, meaning your sessions are adapted to your unique needs rather than a one-size-fits-all model.

He believes you are not a passive recipient of healing, but an active participant, with inherent wisdom and resilience already within you.

Navin supports individuals navigating grief and loss, anxiety, depression, addiction, intergenerational and racial trauma, spiritual exploration, life transitions, attachment wounds, and more.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) sees hair loss as the symptom, not the condition. TCM identifies four primary root cause patterns:

🌀Circulation (Qi & Blood Stagnation): Tight scalp, cold hands and feet, not enough blood flow reaching the hair follicles
🌀Absorption (Spleen Qi Deficiency): Bloating, ferritin won’t rise, nutrients pass through unabsorbed
🌀Hormone-Stress (Liver-Kidney Disharmony): Poor sleep, waking 2-3am, elevated cortisol disrupting the hair growth cycle
🌀Inflammation (Damp-Heat): Oily/reactive scalp, systemic inflammation connected to gut imbalance

Western medicine sees these symptoms and hair loss as separate issues, but TCM recognizes them as interconnected imbalances.

Same diagnosis. Different root patterns. Different acupuncture points and treatment plan!
