📣 BCS Member Shout Outs 📣

So many powerful moments came out of the Bladder Confidence Solution program this week. Here are a few highlights worth celebrating 👏

CB had a powerful all round growth and transition win 🧠📋💧
She experienced a front door urgency moment after a long drive and, instead of falling into old self criticism patterns, she shifted into calm, supportive self talk and recognized what contributed to the moment. That same level of awareness carried into her progress tracking, where she could clearly see how many improvements she has already achieved, giving her strong evidence of change instead of relying on memory alone. She also made a smart pacing decision by choosing not to rush into trigger challenges before she felt ready, focusing instead on building things properly so they stick long term. On top of that, she has started developing a “bridging” strategy for everyday triggers like washing dishes, where she practices calm setup, bladder emptying, and nervous system regulation before intentionally working with the trigger in a controlled way. This call also marked an important milestone as her final group coaching session, transitioning into her success phase with stronger awareness, confidence, and practical tools she can continue to build on.

NB had a major real life freedom and presence win 🚶‍♀️
She had visitors for 10 days and was able to stay active, go hiking, and enjoy outings without constantly needing to plan around bathroom stops. She noticed a clear reduction in urgency and more ease in her body overall, which allowed her to stay present, engaged, and connected in conversations instead of mentally scanning or worrying ahead. That combination of more freedom in her day and more presence in her interactions is a big step forward in both confidence and real life enjoyment.

SL had a powerful control and progress win 🌙
She shared that she has been sleeping through the night without needing to get up, and when urgency showed up on a couple of mornings, she was able to stay calm, talk herself through it, and get to the bathroom with confidence. She also noticed less urgency in the shower and is now going every 5 to 6 hours. Even with a temporary setback due to physical discomfort, she stayed engaged and focused on her exercises and learning.

SB had a consistency and priorities win 💡
She realized that if she does not schedule this work like a meeting, it simply will not happen. She is now actively treating her program time as non negotiable and building structure into her week.

VZ had a big confidence and recovery win 🌙
In week 4 she slept through the night, used her 8 steps when she woke briefly at 4am, and was able to settle and fall back asleep. She completed her morning routine and noticed her confidence continuing to rise even while still having small learning moments along the way. That is real progress building.

MC had a major improvement win 📈
She went from waking every hour overnight to now only waking twice. That shift alone shows significant progress and nervous system change already happening.

JB had a strong real life strategy win 🚶‍♀️
She completed a 90 minute walk with no leakage, used the bathroom before starting, managed a mid walk urge using the knack and breathing, and stayed in control all the way through. That is confidence in action in real life situations.

Will you have to work on your bladder forever? 🤯

Be honest… have you wondered this?

“Am I going to have to do this forever?” 😅

Totally fair question.

Most things out there feel like bandaids 🩹
Stop them… and symptoms come right back 💧

That’s NOT because you failed ❌
It’s because the real issue wasn’t fixed

Here’s the truth 👇

You do NOT need to do Kegels forever ❌
You do NOT need a long routine for life ❌

The goal is simple:
Get your system working properly again ⚙️✨

When that happens…

You stop thinking about your bladder all the time 🧠
You stop planning around bathrooms 🚻
You stop the “just in case” habits ⏱️

It becomes automatic again 💛

Will you keep some things?
Yeah 👍

But not because you have to

Because it just feels normal

Because it works

Because you finally trust your body again ✨

This isn’t about managing forever

It’s about actually fixing the problem 🔄

Do you want this to finally feel easy again? 💭

If you’re ready to take that step, you can book a free Bladder Confidence Assessment here 👇

Is a tight pelvic floor causing your bladder leaks? 🤯

Everyone says “just do Kegels” 💪

But what if that’s actually making things worse? 😳

I see this all the time:

Doing Kegels in the car 🚗
Holding it when urgency hits 😣
Going “just in case” 🚻
Drinking less water 💧

And wondering…
“Why is nothing working?”

Here’s the truth 👇

For urgency and urge leaks…
It’s often NOT weakness ❌

It’s a tight pelvic floor ⚠️

Muscles that are always gripping get tired 😣
And then don’t work when you need them

They feel weak… but they’re actually overworked

Most women don’t even realize it

It can show up as:
• Tight hips or back 🦵
• Constipation 🚽
• Pain with intimacy 💔

So adding more Kegels? ❌
Kegel chairs? ❌
More squeezing? ❌

Not the answer

When you start calming things down instead 🌬️

Things shift:
• Less rushing 🚶‍♀️
• Less anxiety 😌
• Less bathroom mapping 🗺️
• More trust in your body 💛

If you’ve tried everything and nothing has worked… this could be why

She stopped the car p*e panic 🚗💦

Had to share this win 💛

Jen went out recently and for the first time in a long time she:
• Shopped 🛍️
• Got to her car 🚗
• Drove home 🏡

Without urgency taking over 😌

You know that moment…
You’re in the car and suddenly it hits 🚨
Everything feels urgent and panicky

That didn’t happen 🙌

Now it wasn’t perfect.

At home, after drinking more water 💧 the urgency came back

But instead of rushing or spiraling, she used the Confidence Countdown™ ⏳✨
(8-step process from The Bladder Confidence Solution™)

And it helped 💛

The real shift is this:

It’s not about never feeling urgency ❌
It’s about not instantly reacting to it 💡

Her words:
“My bossy bladder didn’t win while out” 💛

That’s the change.

If leaving the house feels stressful 😣
Or you’re always thinking about bathrooms 🚻

This is what progress can look like ✨

It doesn’t happen overnight… but it does start

If you’ve ever felt that “car panic” before, comment ME 💬

📣 BCS Members Shout Outs 📣

So many powerful moments came out of the Bladder Confidence Solution program this week. Here are just a few highlights worth celebrating 👏

JB had a nighttime routine win 🌙
She used her double void routine and 4-7-8 breathing to settle before bed, slept a solid stretch, woke once, and got right back to sleep. That is a huge shift from multiple wake-ups and shows her nervous system is calming down.

MC had a real life habit-breaking win 🏃‍♀️
Instead of p*eing multiple times before a workout, she trusted herself and just started. She felt urgency during the workout, rode it out, and finished without needing to go. That is brain-bladder retraining in action.

DN had a confidence and mindset win 🧠
She shared that urges don’t stress her out anymore. She uses her mantra, stays calm, and trusts she can handle it. That shift from panic to confidence is everything.

CK had a nighttime breakthrough win 😴
She went from getting up multiple times (and sometimes not making it) to sleeping through until 5:30, using her tools, and getting to the bathroom without leaking. Huge progress.

BH had a nervous system regulation win 🌿
She is now able to stretch to around three hours between bathroom visits using calming strategies, toe movements, and pelvic floor coordination. She also shared that she is more aware of when she actually needs to go versus habit, which is a huge shift in retraining.

VZ had multiple wins 💫
She practiced the 8-step process consistently, extended her time between bathroom trips, and had a big overnight success getting to the bathroom without leaking. She is also building body awareness and being more gentle with herself, which is key.

AW had a powerful consistency win 🥗
She is a few weeks into the elimination diet and already noticing less bloating and overall improvement. She also worked through urgency while doing dishes using breathing and toe clenches. That is commitment paying off.

LQ had an awareness and tracking win 🔍
She started noticing patterns with hydration, food, and exercise and is tracking it all to understand her body better. That kind of data collection is gold for progress.

LM had a strategy and implementation win 🧩
She asked great questions about how to apply urge suppression in real life situations like visiting and being out walking. This is exactly how you build confidence outside your home environment.

CB had a huge all-around win this week 🧠
She had a strong all-around win as she stayed calm and compassionate after an arriving home challenge, recognized what led up to it, paused and regulated instead of rushing. She saw clearly through her progress tracker just how much she has improved, and made a thoughtful decision to hold off on more advanced trigger work until she feels ready. That mix of awareness, self-coaching, and patience is exactly how confidence builds.

How to get rid of bladder leaks BEFORE summer ☀️💦

Let’s be real for a second…

How long have you been trying to fix this? 🤔

Months?
Years? ⏳

Doing exercises… Kegels… trying to be consistent 💪

But still thinking about bathrooms every time you leave the house 🚻

And maybe even thinking…
“Is it me?” 😔

It’s not.

Most women are told to just keep doing exercises 🔁
With no feedback
No clear progress
No real change

If symptoms come back when you stop…
It means it was never fixing the problem ❌

Just managing it

Here’s what I see instead 👇

When you address the right things, changes start sooner ✨

Not perfect. But noticeable 💡

• Fewer leaks 💧
• Less urgency 🚨
• More time to get to the bathroom 🚻

That early progress builds confidence 💛

And that’s what keeps you going

Most women didn’t quit because they failed

They quit because nothing was changing 😕

It should NOT take years to see results

If it does, you’re likely working on the wrong thing ❌

Bladder control isn’t just about muscles

It’s about your whole system 🧠✨

If this summer feels like “maybe this is finally my time…” ☀️

You don’t need more time

You need a different approach 💛

Comment ME 💬 if you’re ready for this to be your turning point ✨

👇 Here’s how I finally ditched the smelly, uncomfortable, and expensive pads…

And I’m living proof.

🚫THIS needs to stop if we want women to overcome bladder issues…

Stop telling women their pelvic floor is “weak” or “loose” and that Kegels are the answer.

(Spoiler: they’re not.) 🙅‍♀️

I’m so tired of hearing this outdated advice.

👉 Leaking after childbirth or menopause is common - but that doesn’t make it normal
👉 Kegels aren’t a magic fix
👉 And it’s not always about muscle strength

When will we start talking about what’s really going on?

Leaks, urgency, frequency and night p*eing often stem from a Bossy Bladder, a Tired Pelvic Floor, and bad habits that silently sabotage your control.

It’s not your fault.

You just haven’t been shown the full picture.

💡 That’s exactly what I’ll break down in my free masterclass:

💥Still feeling overwhelmed because you haven’t figured out how to stop bladder accidents?

Maybe you’ve been telling yourself:

👉 “I should be able to fix this on my own.”
👉 “My doctor said it’s normal.”
👉 “Other women deal with worse, I shouldn’t need help.”

Or you’re silently comparing yourself to others and thinking that asking for help means you’re not strong enough.

But let me ask you this:

🛠️When your car breaks down… do you fix it yourself or take it to a mechanic?

💪 Your health deserves the same kind of expert support.

I’m Lindsay Geddes - Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, Clinical Pilates Instructor, and Health Coach with over years of experience.

I help women take back control of their bladder without surgery, meds, or complicated exercises.

You don’t have to figure this out alone. 💛

Imagine life without leaks…

✨ Ditching the bulky, smelly pads
✨ Sleeping through the night
✨ Feeling confident in your body

Let’s get you there.
