Ashly Hill I began my journey as a personal trainer in 2001, working closely with clients to build strength, mobility, and resilience.

Helping individuals relieve pain, restore balance, and reconnect with their bodies through an integrative blend of functional manual therapy (Osteopathic philosophy & Kinesiology)
♾️ Metis Owned Business With over two decades of experience in the health and wellness field, I am deeply committed to helping individuals achieve optimal health through a holistic approach grounded in the philosophy of

osteopathy.

My educational background includes a Diploma in Sports Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Psychology. This foundation naturally evolved into my work as a Kinesiologist, where I have been addressing movement-related challenges and promoting functional health.

For the past four years, I have been attending the Canadian School of Osteopathy Manual Practice and focusing on working as a manual therapist, blending my extensive experience with the principles of osteopathy. Guided by osteopathy’s core philosophy—that the body is a self-healing, interconnected system—I aim to address the root causes of discomfort and support my clients in restoring balance and vitality.

Whether you’re managing chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or seeking to enhance your overall well-being, my goal is to provide personalized care that empowers you to live a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Let’s work together to help your body find its natural balance and achieve its full potential.

For most of my life, I’ve dealt with chronic bloating, digestive dysfunction, and persistent pain through my right SI/hip without ever fully understanding why these patterns were present within my body.

Recently, while working more deeply through trauma and nervous system regulation, these symptoms have been surfacing much more intensely.

In this week’s vlog, I share some of the osteopathic findings that came up during a recent treatment, including restrictions involving the craniosacral mechanism, thoracolumbar junction, sacrum/coccyx, and upper cervical region, and discuss how these patterns may influence digestion, headaches, chronic pain, and nervous system function.

The body often holds onto patterns for years, and sometimes healing involves learning how to listen more closely to what the body may be communicating.

New vlog now live on YouTube.

Always mentally exhausted? Struggling with brain fog, fatigue, or feeling disconnected from your body?

Trauma and chronic inflammation may be more connected than most people realize.

Many people living with chronic stress or unresolved trauma experience symptoms like:
• brain fog
• fatigue
• tension
• nervous system dysregulation
• burnout

In this week’s video, I talk about:
• different types of trauma
• how trauma can contribute to chronic inflammation
• how inflammation impacts the brain and nervous system
• how these patterns can begin showing up physically in the body

As an osteopathic practitioner (student) and kinesiologist, I’m deeply interested in the connection between emotional stress, the nervous system, and physical symptoms within the body.

Healing is rarely linear, and there is no one size fits all approach. Learning to listen to your body, exploring different approaches, and taking accountability for your healing journey can make a profound difference over time.

I finally decided to start sharing something I’ve carried privately for a long time.

For most of my life, I’ve experienced chronic pain connected to both physical and psychological trauma beginning in early childhood. Over the years, through both personal healing and my education/practice in Manual Osteopathy, I began recognizing how deeply trauma can physically manifest within the body.

I’ve decided to begin a weekly video series sharing both lived experience and professional insight surrounding trauma, chronic pain, nervous system dysregulation, healing, and the mind-body connection.

My hope is that these conversations help others feel less alone while also bringing more awareness to the physical manifestations of trauma.

First video is now live on YouTube.

Sister days are the best days! We spent the day at the farm, giggling, petting animals, and making memories that matter. Nothing beats time with your loved ones.

Our hearts are full, and our smiles are even fuller! Here’s to the little moments that mean everything. 🐑❤️

It’s easy to spend $100 without thinking — dinner, a night out, errands.

But investing that same amount in your body? We often hesitate.

💡 Sometimes the best investment is simply giving your body what it needs to feel better.

Many people start with massage for relief and then add manual Osteopathy to address the 𝒓𝒐𝒐𝒕 𝒄𝒂𝒖𝒔𝒆 of their discomfort.

Together, they can create lasting change - one supporting the other.
