It was rich and smooth, and the smoky, fragrant hojicha flavor came through perfectly.

Also had the Omakase Mini Kaiseki 😍👍
It was so delicious, all the dishes are also very pretty 😍
Just felt like we are in Japan 🥹

I heard the News, that 2025 Spring Harvested Tea " Shincha" is processing right now.

I order "Organic" Shincha every year, which is harvest late unfortunately.

Once I hear more details, I will buy from my family who picks and test the taste for me.
