"There was a time when substance use had pulled me far from who I truly was. Reaching out for help wasn’t easy — but walking into Together We Can was one of the most important decisions of my life. They supported me when I couldn’t fully support myself. They reminded me that recovery takes honesty, hard work, and the courage to trust others again. It wasn’t always comfortable, but it was worth it.
Through recovery, I learned to sit with my emotions, rebuild trust, and rediscover my authentic self — not the version shaped by fear, but the one grounded in growth, integrity, and purpose. I am deeply grateful for the support I received. Recovery is possible. And sometimes the strongest thing we can do is ask for help."

I lost my mother 16 days into rehab, and I knew I had to stay and make her proud. I never looked back—just focused on my service, and here I am today. First time in treatment, and still going strong. Thank you, T-Dub, for showing me the way.”

It is with heavy hearts that we share the loss of our friend Greg. A valued member of the Together We Can family, Greg was always cheerful, kind, and ready to lend a helping hand. A TWC alumnus who gave back, he was a dependable support on our maintenance team and contributed to countless projects.

Above all, Greg was a son, a father, and a grandfather, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him. May his memory live on within our community, and may the impact he made continue to echo. During this time, we encourage anyone who is struggling or grieving to reach out for support—we are stronger when we support one another.
