Along with talk therapy, we may use creative art mediums such as vision boards or treasure maps; gentle movement, writing, journaling, and story telling. I create a flexible, supportive environment that supports clients to grow and learn at their own pace, while inviting new awareness and insight to flourish.

letting ourselves be cared for is an act of self-love, courage, and mindfulness. accepting sources of comfort and nourishment helps refuel energy on physical. emotional and spiritual levels.
this might look like getting acupuncture or massage from a practitioner you feel safe with, letting a friend be a soothing presence, or feeling heard as you share your story with a counsellor.
