An air quality alert has been issued recently. Visitations has been cancelled for today and possibly in the next few or until the smoke clears up. Staff will call you if visits needs to be cancelled. Please call the front desk for more questions. Thank you!

Hello families,

Royal Ascot Care Centre continues to devote our efforts in keeping the residents and staff safe and protected. We are doing well and healthy! VCH licensing and the Rapid Response team has visited the facility to ensure that we are complying with the safety measure that meets the requirements of the health authority as a part of their recovery plan. I am please to say that we have exceeded their expectations and very impressed with how things are running! We understand you miss your loved ones dearly and are looking forward to the day that you can visit. We do not have an expected date yet but VCH is developing a plan for lifting the restrictions for visitors. We miss you all and hope you continue to stay well and safe!
