I am tired of having work ripped off.

I have worked very hard to get this smart and I deserve to be paid for my writing and videos.

I cannot tell you how many of my blog posts and other pieces of content I have found copied by other people.

I get it.
I am an award winning writer.
I do good work.

But ffs...They often copy them word for word.

Sometimes they change half.

Sometimes they literally take a whole video of mine.

For God's sake credit me...link back to me, drop my name and my page so people can follow me, show me some love and appreciation and respect.

I would share with anyone if they asked, I'm a raver for goodness sake!!

Stealing when you are in desperate need is human.

But if you cannot provide the knowledge yourself you shouldn't use it to present yourself and your services.

Stealing is sometimes for lazy or overwhelmed or selfish or incompetent people...people who aren't in the kind of position in my opinion to serve people as coaches.

Gah!!!!

We all know that what we ingest affects us, right?
Garbage in, garbage out.
Meaning...

Junk food in, junk thoughts in = Not our best health or thinking.
Great food, great info = Much better chance to be at our best!

I love reading everything. Read what you love.
The information we ingest can inform our reality, so if you like, read with purpose.

The website contains all the secret sections you may be into (education, investing, building a startup), but I suggest trying the main parts (building wealth, happiness).

If you have never heard of this person, (it is pronounced NeVahl not Nayvul), he is entrepreneur and investor. He does not give many interviews. He does protect his privacy and does some podcasting. He has a great tracks record, which he credits to his own mental models. He has invested early-stage in over 200 companies including many that blew up in a great way, so someone who always seems to know what moves to make.

Ravikant is a Fellow of the Edmund Hillary Fellowship.[5] As a podcaster he shares advice on pursuing health, wealth, and happiness.But his best tips are in the book, which collects and curates Navalโ€™s wisdom from Twitter, Podcasts, and Essays over the past decade.

There is so much diet confusion. Food confusion.

Eat plants! Eat carnivore!

Fast for your health.
Fasting ruins your metabolism.

Cut out sugar and gluten.
Avoid restriction.

And so on.

To be honest I have LONG considered creating one enormous chart that shows the benefits ... and drawbacks ... of every food choice.

Would you like a chart like that? It would be labour intensive...let me know!

Because no action is without consequence, all food choices should be about what serves your needs best at the time. All your needs as a person not just as a biochemical machine.

I personally think cruciferous vegetables are something that I will always want to eat.

Can they be goitergenic? Yes.
Can they cause gas? Yes.
Can they have oxalate? Yes.

But they are the food group that I think the most people would benefit from eating more of. Them and berries.

Just do it.

But then again. I enjoy them.
Some science shows that vitamins that smell good ro you are likely ones you need.

So maybe listen to your body and if something smells awful, skip it.

But unless you're repulsed, find way to eat some cruciferous veg AKA Brassicas each day and eat some berries too.

They have many more benefits than drawbacks.

Their nutritive scores are very high.
