https://vancouver.shambhala.org/program-details/?id=848849 A full day on Saturday and half a day on Sunday. This program introduces the study and practice of Shambhala "warriorship" — a path of nonaggression born from the willingness to meet our world without bias or judgment. This path shows how to take the challenges of everyday life as opportunities for both contemplative practice and social action.

The is the foundation weekend program for Shambhala Training. It includes thorough instruction in meditation, the practice of sitting and walking meditation, one-on-one conversations with meditation instructors to clarify questions, group discussions and talks by senior teachers.

Lunch is provided on Saturday. Please register early to help us with food planning.

Shambhala Training Level I is a pre-requisite for all subsequent programs in the Shambhala Heart of Warriorship workshop series.

Please see our Generosity Policy for more information on how we set our program prices. vancouver.shambhala.org > Programs and Classes > Generosity Policy
