Meet Vinny 💙

Vinny recently joined us for adaptive fitness, and we’re so excited to share that he and his caretaker Joy will be hosting a special adaptive fitness class for our community!

This class is all about inclusivity, connection, and moving your body in a way that feels good! We invite caretakers to come alongside and be part of the experience too.
