When the divine female and male parity merge within us, this creates an inner sacred union as one enters into the subtle realms of “the gold”, where all is the higest light and order. It is here in this ecstatic field of purity that we remember the garden of possibilitiy and the field of pure potentiality where the creative seed of the highest potentials of our souls can be imagined, birthed and grounded into our lives. I discovered Kundalini Dance in 2009 and it flipped my world upside down, spun it around, and filled in all the spaces in-between with feminine frequency. It was exactly the medicine I needed at the time for my most loving liberation and soulful remembering. With each chakra dance I would learn to embody these alchemical keys that set me on a 180° path of deep healing, transformation, and soul remembrance of freedom and love. I danced as much as I could over the years but all the local facilitators moved away and I knew I needed these alchemical keys in my body and as a daily sacred practice in my life in a bigger, bolder way. I patiently and passionately waited for a few years until Leyolah hosted an international training and I made the decision in less than 30 days to follow the womb-call to fly to Australia in January 2013 to begin my next revolution of awakening and empowerment. I re-learned how to deeply trust my body, inner knowing, and womb wisdom. I re-patterned how to take up space, own my personal power, and express my authentic voice. And I cultivated a deep soul knowing of my own sacred wisdom and my creative purpose. I reclaimed my Priestess crown, sat on the throne of my womb and knew that I needed to share these healing keys with women in my community so they could feel this good too. It’s been such a magnificently powerful journey over the past 13 years years of this sacred practice, and even to this day it is one of the biggest gifts in my personal and professional life to hold the sacred healing space for myself, and my heartfelt community, to continue to amplify feminine frequency, remember infinite worthiness, and reclaim our radiance. I have such infinite gratitude and loving bows to Leyolah for being the Founder and fierce-loving guide of this revolutionary work. By dancing this practice we are activating light grids around the world as we dance our sacred selves and honour our remembering. Some people may think my Kundalini Dance sessions are a simple way to move your body, let loose, get down to the music and do some breathwork.....but the depth and vastness of what each dance actually is, is far deeper, wider and higher than that.

Each dance is truly transformational...IF you can allow it to be.
If you surrender your ego and your attachment to how it's suppose to look. If you dance from your head and analyze yourself, other people, the music, the room, you actually stay on the top and at the surface ~ and no wonder it feels simple and even boring. Your not actually meeting yourself in your own magnificence.

But if you can drop down into the layers of your embodied wisdom, if you can open your sensory perception and listen beyond your ears, if you can feel your way within.... then everything becomes more profound inside, and all around.

Your animal body awakens, the songs vibrate in your bones and your blood, your energy pathways open and accelerate, and your heart and soul dances you open as an offering - a gift - as an emanation of your essence.

Your movement becomes a dance with the divine.

And in this sacred, alchemical space, each dance is an infinite doorway to you and your own inner wisdom.
It's a portal of your own embodied presence and inner peace.
It's an access point of awakening and inner intelligence.
It's an altar, an offering, and a temple of your true nature.
It's a place to be fully human + fully holy at the same time - letting your divine design show you how to shine.

Every 1:1 session is a space to be present with what is… AND to also love it into its next becoming.

As humans we exist on the spectrum of be-ing-ness. Not duality as this or that, but instead a gradient of embodied awareness, and a circular existence of wholeness.

What if we honoured all parts of us as holy and human?
