Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a peaceful and recuperative holiday and is ready for a new year full of new experiences. I am almost ready to get back to dancing, and I hope you can join me.

Spinal Cord Injury BC is hosting me to offer a free Dance Flow Class on Mondays from 6pm to 7pm, from January 12 to February 9. It's a great way to be present in your body, explore joyful movement and connect with a wonderful community.

I hope I will see you next week. Everyone is welcome.

Explore, create, and get moving in Dance Flow! Led by Harmanie Rose, this inclusive class welcomes everyone, regardless

The next Dance Flow session begins tomorrow evening. I'm looking forward to sharing dance with everyone. It is an indescribable feeling to take an hour to be present in your own body and to share movement with people across Canada. What a lovely world we live in that this is possible!

What stays with people is not the shape of your arabesque, it’s the feeling you give them when you move.

They remember honesty 🌟

They remember the moments where you stopped trying to be flawless and started letting yourself be seen.

That’s where the real magic lives.

Dancers, your power has always been more than just the steps. It’s in your laugh during rehearsals, the way you light up when the music starts 🎶 and the courage it takes to share a piece of yourself onstage 💜 That is what lingers long after the curtain closes.

Technique matters. But who you are matters more. Never forget that 🌸
