Our team is passionate about all aspects of health and fitness, are friendly, knowledgeable and love to teach! The Far Infrared technology is unique to our studio. Infrared helps to promote blood circulation within your muscles, tendons and ligaments. The infrared tech

nology heats your muscles first (from the inside out), helping you to safely go into poses quicker, promote healing of injuries, detoxify your skin and boost your immune system. Stop by and try a class! $10 for your first week (classes are unlimited for your first week)!
