Honey + Garlic Health Studio is a multi-disciplinary health care clinic offering physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, acupuncture, kinesiology, chiropractic and counselling. Our one-on-one physiotherapy has an emphasis on manual therapy, exercise

, and patient education. Treatment is based on a thorough assessment of the patient as a whole. We also provide Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) and Vestibular Rehabilitation (effective for treating dizziness, vertigo and disturbances in control of posture and balance). Tense muscles and sore fascia are massage therapists’ domain! Our excellent registered massage therapists are trained and experienced in treating a variety of injuries and conditions from headaches, stress and postural pain to tendonitis and whiplash. Our talented registered acupuncturist combines a passion for mind-body philosophy and holistic health, treating a wide range of concerns including, but not limited to, musculoskeletal issues, pain management, gastrointestinal conditions, pre and post natal care, depression and anxiety, and immune function. Your back and spine are the center of not only your nervous system, but your entire body's function. Our chiropractic services focus on relieving pain, repairing injury and optimizing joint function; whether you're experiencing back pain or dealing with migraines or even carpal tunnel syndrome. When your personal problem-solving efforts are no longer working, a professional counsellor can help people create change in their lives, resolve and/or cope with their issues and thrive.
