Our mission is to enhance quality of life through active involvement, working on athletic skill sets and movements. We aim to teach physical activity and sport to improve physical and social skills. Adapted Sports Development provides personalized physical activity programs for individuals with disabilities. We assess, create, and implement a physical activity program in coordination with the family's preferences and ideals. We have experience with many different types of disabilities, both physical and intellectual. In coordination with parents, we strive to increase socials skills and decrease problem behaviors while being active through physical activity and sport.
