We were so grateful to welcome an incredible group of young adults from Flora, a self-growth and leadership program initiated by the Ohel Yaakov Community Kollel. Together, they sang Chanukah songs, lit the menorah, played dreidel, and shared delicious sufganiyot with our residents. A heartfelt thank you to Rikki Oirechman for facilitating the group activities and bringing the traditional Chanukah treats and to Kelly Lopuch, Recreation Supervisor, for hosting such a meaningful evening. Residents absolutely loved every moment!

Last week, Maisie Meneer, under Wendy Stuart’s mentorship, serenaded our residents with ABBA’s “Slipping Through My Fingers.” It was a magical moment that had everyone swaying and smiling along. Music has a special way of opening hearts, and this beautiful performance created a calm, uplifting space where residents could relax, reminisce, and simply enjoy the moment together.
