i met a 78 year young new author of his own poetry book, the other day. From ''Loneliness'' he just wants ''the Lord'' to ''take' him. We spoke for a while as i was sunning on a bench with dogs under the Pine Trees, sleeping. It was sweet as he averted his eyes and was a total gentleman. Then his 'old school' sweetness bid adieu. Slept til 10 am. Got my REM,Circadian. Just finished4 sets of 8 reps Tricep pullbacks,8 lbs x2. Also,leaning over Tri kickbacks,20 lbsx2 of 4 sets with 8 reps. Empowering.
