The Trikinetic team utilizes a variety of manual therapy & Traditional Therapeutic Chinese Medicine techniques to treat a spectrum of health issues. Trikinetic Massage Therapy, located in the heart of East Vancouver, has been healing people since 1993. We offer Registered Massage Therapy and Acupuncture & Cupping (Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner) in our calm and comfortable clinic. We work with our patients to alleviate pain and stress, and offer strategies to carry the benefits of treatment forward with tips for home care. We treat chronic pain, arthritis, muscle spasms, tendonitis, bursitis, frozen shoulder, discomfort during pregnancy, head & neck injuries, motor vehicle injuries, sport-related pain, occupational strain or injuries and stress to name a few. We take a holistic approach, Body, Mind & Spirit, to care for the whole person. Our team of 8 RMTs + 1 RTCMP are able to bill directly to most Extended Health Benefit plans.

That hip that's been "a bit off" for three months? It's not going to fix itself.

Hips are one of the most commonly ignored joints until they become impossible to ignore. What starts as mild stiffness after a long bike ride or a day in the garden often becomes a pattern: tight hip flexors pulling on the lower back, altered gait, compensating muscles taking on more than they should.

We look at the whole picture, not just the part that hurts. Save this if your hip has been quietly complaining.

We are a well respected Massage Therapy Clinic that is Proud to have served Commercial Drive and the surrounding areas for over 26 years. Our clientele is as diverse as this fabulous community. Your treatment session is tailored to help you achieve optimum health. The conditions that we treat are as diverse as the community in which we live and work. Our amazing Registered Massage Therapists are here 6 days a week to help you reach and maintain excellent health. Our fabulous Office Assistant will help you 3 days a week from 10 - 3. When she is not available an RMT will help you book a session or answer any questions you may have.
