Venus Rose Gateways Shawl
Gateway : Ancestral Root

Created under a Leo moon just after a potent Virgo eclipse. Finished on Friday the 13th. Custom shawl created within sacred ceremony as we cleansed the womb and brought in deep healing medicine for the cervix.
We gave her a place at the table.
We gave her a voice to be heard and witnessed.
Tears and blessings infuse the petals that dyed this piece.
May she gather all parts that feel fragmented from wholeness. May she know that she is safe and open to trust.
May she remember the sacred portal that she is.

These roses 🥀 . Never have I had a bouquet of roses that shed their petals like this one did. This one sat with grief and all the emotions that come with a loved one dancing between worlds. These petals gathered what they could from this space and hold memories of how much deep love lives here.

These rose hips harvested on Friday the 13 while Venus was in the underworld are still speaking loudly to me. So grateful for the opportunity to slow down, get my fingers pricked and sticky from the rose bushes, and to witness the gorgeous softness of the dye bath play with the fabrics.
