Cheat Meals - a big thing that bothers me a lot when ppl say carbs are evil and make me fat… so I wanted to see how I felt after one cheat meal and decide on my own… this picture is first thing in the am after 9 pieces of pizza and 1 cinnamon bun… ( no judgments please lol) I weighed 149 the night before and then weight 153 after the cheat… I must be honest I felt like literally crap when I did my run and started moving due to being bloated and my stomach did not like what I did… it also made me feel sluggish and uncomfortable… but in the end I felt hungry fast and my body starting giving me hunger cues fast… remember being restricted to a extent is okay but your body will lack certain foods and you will start to crave that’s why it’s okay to enjoy a night out or have a dang burger or pizza… purpose of cheat meals are to replenish your body with glycogen and resets your hormones which aids in burning more calories and increases your metabolism… it will also help you burn more calories thru out the week… so my weight went up due to water retention and salt… every 3 grams of carbs will consume into water and you will have to drink more the next day to flush the excess water and salt out… nutrition is about balance… yes you can eat carbs… just know how much your body needs and when to eat them (depending on goals)no fats are not bad it will help you feel fuller longer, and protein is most important macro!!! So I wanted to try this myself to see the advantages and disadvantages in it… 🙂 so friends enjoy life and have a meal where you can honestly enjoy:)
