There has been an increase in overdose events in the community of Prince George. The substances are being reported as a brown or pink substance sold as Down, and are testing positive for high concentrations of fentanyl and benzodiazepines. They require a high number of doses of naloxone.

There will be no patient travel coverage from Friday February 16th, 2024 – Tuesday February 20th, 2024.

Please submit all greensheets and travel documentation for this date before 11:00 am Wednesday, February 14th to ensure urgent travel gets processed.

Community members also need to be mindful of being respectful to our patient travel admin as she also serves the other 9 bands in the area.

Pow Wow Zumba is a fusion of traditional and contemporary dance styles with Latin, Reggae, and Hip Hop. Classes for Pow Wow Zumba are 1-hour per session, allowing for warm-up, a full dance workout, and a cool down - giving participants a full workout. No dance experience necessary!
