👏 Congratulations, Danielle!

We’re incredibly proud of our funeral director, Danielle, who spent last week volunteering as a Team Captain at Camp Molly—a unique, inspiring camp for girls aged 15 to 18 who are passionate about the fire service.

This Camp Molly was especially meaningful as it was the first-ever held in Eastern Ontario and the first fully bilingual edition (French/English)! The camp is offered completely free to participants and is based solely on passion and interest—a true celebration of dedication and service.

A heartfelt congratulations to all the campers, volunteers, and organizers who made this experience unforgettable. Thank you, Danielle, for representing our team with such care and leadership!

Hillcrest Funeral Home is owned by Mark and Lisa Henderson. We are located in the picturesque Village of Vankleek Hill but serve many surrounding communities such as Dalkeith, Alexandria, St. Eugene, Hawkesbury, and St. Bernardin. We feel very blessed and fortunate that we have been able to help families in theses communities "Create Meaningful Goodbyes" since 1967.

By taking the time to just sit and listen, not only for the families that we serve but also others who just need someone to talk to. Being really good listeners, genuine and calm helps us to help the families that need our guidance.

You are welcome to contact us for assistance in answering any questions you might have or if you are in immediate need we personally answer our phones 24 hours a day 365 days of the year.Whether it's by phone or email, or in person, we're here for you.
